Michelle is a graduate of Grand Valley State University with degrees in Exercise Science and Dance. During her time at Grand Valley she completed internships with the YMCA and The Detroit Medical Center’s Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan. She even spent time working as an aerial silk performer and contortionist with a performing arts company out of Grand Rapids. As a recent transplant to the east side of Michigan she was immediately drawn to the fast-paced workouts of Orangetheory Fitness as well as the great atmosphere that promotes well-rounded physically active lifestyles.
