Adam

Adam is a NASM certified personal trainer and graduate of Eastern Michigan University. He is a former division 1 college athlete, competing for Eastern’s track & field team, specializing in the pole vault. He has spent the last few years working with high school athletes as well as coaching boot camp classes and individual training sessions, but a love for being part of a high-energy, positive team environment led him to Orangetheory Fitness.

  • 60 Minute Orange Theory Workout

  • Orange 90 Minute
  • The longest workout at OTF. Typical workout will be 40 minutes of treadmill intervals and 40 minutes of floor blocks including weight room and rowers. Think Muscle Endurance and your highest calorie burn at OTF !
